This 1960's baby blue pleated chiffon and velvet fit and flare dress appears to be the work of the Irish couturier Sybil Connelly however there is no longer a label inside. It belonged to a well known Toronto client who had many spectacular designer pieces in her closet. This dress has had some restoration to the velvet under the arm where there were signs of discolouration and wear. Fully dry cleaned and beyond elegant. Fits like a US size 2-4. The matching stole attached at the front but can be worn bow to back as well depending on your preference. Very good vintage condition - very light discolouration at front hip just right of the centre bow when wearing
