The story:

A shiny little vintage 50s number that would have been great with a little scoop neck bodysuit, blonde curls and some audrey hepburn cat-eye sunnies. A little skip in your step wouldn't hurt as well ;) 

We imagine this walking down the streets of Paris with a scarf around the head, flying in the wind, slender black gloves and a poodle on a leash in hand. 

Pleats are fixed about 8in (21cm) down from the waist, and then free after that!
